Access to knowledge base

Hello, we recently installed TAG in our MCR.
We’re looking for more information about the different source types. How do I get access to the knowledge base?

Would appreciate access to that as well

Hi Eric,
To gain access to the knowledge base, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the TAG [user community home] (TAG User Community) and log in to your account on the top right.
  2. Then, click the area you want to access, in this case “Knowledge Base”, or this link.
  3. If you don’t have access, a pop-up will appear and allow you to request further access:
  4. Click: request customer access.

Wether you created your community user or just requested further access, your request will take a day or two to review.
In the meantime, enjoy community public content like videos, blogs and more!
