We are monitoring a few hundred sources, with number increasing lately and we can no longer display all of it at the same time, can we somehow see only the sources that have serious problems?

Yes, this feature is called the penalty box.
Go to the Penalty box tab and create a new penalty box.
on the left side you can drag and drop which sources should be part of this penaly box logic. on the top you can configure the minimum display and decay time, and also which severity of errors should be sent to this penalty box.
on the right side select a layout that will be used as a target for these sources, and also specifiy which tiles of that layout will be used by dragging them into the “destinations” box.
save the penalty box, load the target layout on an output and you should start seeing sources who have errors in the severity you configured.
