I started monitoring a source, assigned it to a mosaic but I see this icon on the tile instead of the video.

Saw this as well. I think it means there are not enough resources to monitor the source. We mostly saw it when we added sources manually (vs auto scan).
Thank you for contacting us!
Maria is right, this icon means that there are not enough resources allocated to decode this stream. the amount of resources is configured in the “service type” box in the channel configuration, try to set it to a higher type.
it’s highly reccomanded to scan a source, and not add it manually, as it will automatically determaine the right service type based on the attributes of the source.
hi @Nir ,
Sorry to reply on an old thread but I had a question around scanning based on your response.
When I have manually added sources and then we increase the feeds going into those sources I have to manually go and change the service_type in order to decode the feeds correctly, obviously this is expected. However I would like to simplify this by running a scan across that range of multicasts and have it automatically modify the profiles and merge, however, I cannot get this to function when I have used a label for the source name that is not the same as what the label would be if it was scanned.
What sort of workflow should I be using for scenarios like this? Is it not possible to do scans if labels are changed?
Thanks
Phil
