We experience some problems with TS feeds semi-freezing on the monitor display repeatedly every few minutes, the same feeds look ok when playing them on other solutions, we would like to access the logs in order to understand the problem

The only debugging tools that are exposed to the customer are:
ping
curl
traceroute
netstat
nslookup
route
ip
ifconfig
wget
dig/nslookup
ssh
grep
cat
tail
ls
pwd
cd
mkdir
tcpdump
in order to login to the MCM and use these commands go to the MCM you want to access, in system/system information/system settings put a password in the “SSH Admin password” and save.
SSH to the machine with user admin and the password you configured.
