Hello there! We’ve had a TAG system on prem for quite a while, we recently added a cloud instance and we want it to be able to share the same license pool as the on prem servers do, is that possible?

It’s technically possible, but quite complex to implement, as the cloud instances don’t natively support managemtn multicast which is required for the license sharing.
easier option is to ask TAG to give you a cloud hash license for the AWS instance, and a new license file for the onprem MCMs to use.
