Adjusting message template for email that is sent via email agent for alarms

is there any way we can adjust the email template that is sent via the email agent?

I need to make couple of changes:

  1. change the time code format to NZST

  2. Change Font color as:

RED for SET alarms and GREEN for CLR alarms
